Multi-Agent AI Automation
A multi-agent AI automation system built with Relevance AI — role-specific agents managed by an executive agent to handle business workflows across communication, project management, and content distribution.
What needed to be solved
Business operations were spread across multiple disconnected tools — Slack, email, Motion, GoHighLevel, Google Docs, Meta Ads — with no automation connecting them. Every task, communication, and content action required manual switching between platforms, making it slow and error-prone at scale.
Features
Executive Agent Orchestration
An executive agent manages and delegates to role-specific agents, coordinating workflows across business functions.
Role-Specific Agents
Communication Manager (Slack, email), Project Manager (Motion, GoHighLevel, Google Docs), and Content Manager (X posting) — each handling their domain automatically.
Make.com Integrations
Agents connect to external platforms through automated Make.com flows — Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Drive, Motion, GoHighLevel, and Meta Ads.
End-to-End Workflow Automation
Task creation, team communication, and content distribution handled automatically by agents working across connected platforms.

My Role
I was the sole developer on this — researching both Relevance AI and Make.com from scratch, engineering all the agent prompts, and determining how to structure the integrations between agents and the required external platforms.
